I’m the Broker/Owner of HomeSmith Real Estate, Inc. I’ve been a Residential REALTOR since moving to Parker Colorado in 1995. Prior to my career in Real Estate, I spent 10 years in the United States Air Force working in Manpower Management doing statistical analysis and Avionic Maintenance working electronics on KC-135 and B-52 airplanes. I met my husband Jim while we were both in the Air Force, so I've been an Air Force wife & mom for over 30 years. Our daughter is an VA Nurse & Air Force Flight Nurse. I have many years of experience working in both Customer Service and Sales. I was born in Detroit, MI and graduated from Oscoda High School in Oscoda, MI. My grandfather and father were both builders, so I have real estate in my blood.

I have a BS in Marketing and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). I consider myself a lifelong learner and strive to constantly attend Real Estate classes to increase my knowledge. I’m a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

I work by referral and truly appreciate my past clients and friends referring their family and friends. Thank you. I have experience selling single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and acreage properties. When working with home buyers, I enjoy helping them find the home of their dreams. I help sellers prepare their home for sale and coach them on pricing and the sales process. I assist investors interested in buying and selling investment properties often using a 1031 exchange. Many of my buyers utilize my expertise in purchasing HUD, VA, Short Sale, Foreclosed Bank Owned and properties requiring 203K rehabilitation. I also assist both buyers and sellers relocating in and out of the Metro Denver area and Colorado Springs, and work with their relocation companies.

I have patience and understanding to help first time home buyers and sellers, as well as market knowledge to assist my more seasoned buyers and sellers. I’m proficient working with all types of financing to include Conventional, VA, FHA, Portfolio and other financing as needed.

I enjoy riding my BMW R1200RT and taking motorcycle trips with my husband Jim. Our dog Bella loves to go on walks and to the dog park. You’ll find me in Parker parades playing my flute with the PU Marching Band and at the Parker Senior Center volunteering. As a Key Spouse with the Peterson AFB 302nd Wing I stay in touch with spouses of deployed airmen. Our daughter is a 2007 graduate of Chaparrel High School and a nurse at the Denver VA. Both Jim and Erin are reservists with the 302nd Wing at Peterson AFB.
